Abbeygate Student Accommodation, Chester

The Abbeygate Student Accommodation buildings formed the core assets in the Freshers Chester PBSH Fund. The former school located on Victoria Road, Chester was redeveloped to bring in back into use as a 128 bed student accommodation building. The assets are currently valued at £8.5 million.
