Premier Cru Fine Wine Investment

Premier Cru were the first people to act as a fine wine investment house in the UK. Over the last 19 years they have accumulated some 4,000 clients with over 32m invested in fine wine portfolios. The returns have been very good - averaging just over 19% pa compound over the last 16 years and over 20% pa compound over the last 5 years. There are no capital gains (wine is a wasting asset) or income tax (wine is deemed to be non income bearing investment) related to this investment as such it can be very tax efficient. This is not a fund and the client invests in cases of Landed and En Primeur Wines which are held in their name in a bonded warehouse (Landed Wine only).

With the Government’s targets for carbon reduction, the market for renewable energy will increase. The deals that Bespoke Property Fund is presenting make this an interesting proposition."
